Walking the Wall
There are very few bits left of the infamous Berlin Wall, but what remains has been turned into a sort of open-air gallery. It is considered to be the world’s largest open air gallery, and contains 105 separate painting by artists from all over the world. Though some has been damaged either by erosion, grafitti or pure vandalism, it still remains a sight to see.
Over the past few years, extensive restorations has been made, and it is interesting to see how the various artists have given their impressions of the Wall and what it represented during the cold war.
